These Master Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between HDAA Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 40 134 482 625) (“HDAA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the individual or organisation (“User”, “Member”, or “you”) accessing our website at hdaa.com.au (the “Site”) or purchasing our training, certification, or membership services.
By accessing the Site or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services and Scope
HDAA provides IT Service Management (ITSM) training, professional certifications (including ITIL® 4, ITIL® 5, HDI®, and RESILIA®), consulting services, and professional membership plans.
These Terms apply to all transactions, including but not limited to:

2. Membership Terms
HDAA offers three levels of membership: Gold Corporate, Gold Personal, and Personal (Free).

Membership benefits are determined by the selected tier and may include access to restricted website content, tools, templates, discounts, reports, articles, webinar recordings, and HDI resources. HDAA reserves the right to modify these benefits at any time without prior notice.
2.2 Renewals:
Membership is based on an annual subscription. Renewal invoices are automatically distributed annually unless notice of non-renewal is provided in writing via email or phone prior to the renewal date.
2.3 Transfers and Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, a membership may be transferred to another employee within the same organisation if the nominated delegate relocates or leaves the company, provided HDAA is notified in writing. The membership period remains unchanged from the original start date.
3. Training and Certification
HDAA provides training for ITIL® 4, ITIL® 5, HDI®, and RESILIA®.
3.1 Course Enrolment:
Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
3.2 Exams and Third-Party Providers:
Many courses include exam vouchers. These vouchers are subject to the terms of the specific certification body (e.g., PeopleCert, HDI). It is your responsibility to book and complete exams within the voucher’s validity period, and you agree to comply with the specific terms and conditions set by these examining bodies in addition to these Terms.
4. Cancellation and Transfer Policy
We understand that plans change. To keep things fair for everyone, the following fees apply to all training course cancellations and transfers. All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email.
